Awesome customer service! We are excited about our new mattress!

Both ladies who assisted were friendly and answered all questions I had. They were patient while I bounced around from mattress to mattress so that I could find the right one for me.

Susan was approachable and had a good idea of which type of mattress we should be looking at within 5 minutes of speaking with us. Store is small compared to others but has a good selection of brands and different types of mattresses. We were very satisified with the deal we got on our mattress. Our only issue (minor to me) was there was a promotion for 2 free pillows with purchase of $$$ value mattress. We were not given the pillows for the reason of how great a deal we received on the mattress. We felt this was a bad reason to not get the pillows.

There was problem w/ the bed when it got delivered ! Our request weren't met when we purchased it ..... Yesterday, We were stalled and had to wait 4 hours yesterday & nobody showed up ! I was appalled at first but came out totally satisfied in the end ! Totally a happy camper ! Look for "Ron" ... He is as good as it gets ! More blessing y'all

Customer service was excellent.. Everyone was polite and helpful, even with the mix-up with the springs. I had more than ample time to try different mattress types and am happy with my choice.

Bill at the Encinitas store was kind enough to help us on Sunday. My son came in looking for a new mattress and I accompanied him. We were fortunate to have Bill Rohr take care of us.... he is well informed, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Gave us lots of information never pressured us... I ended up buying a mattress as well! The delivery took place the next day(Labour Day!). And the delivery men were also very helpful and professional.... A good mattress buying experience!

It was time for our boys to get new mattresses. We had gotten our last few mattresses over at Ortho in Northridge. We walked in and within 30 minutes we were out of there and very happy. Thank you for your help as always.

We have purchased multiple complete beds sets from Kathi McGuane at the Laguna Niguel location. Each time Kathi has been a pleasure to work with and very consistent as far as ensuring we are receiving a competitive price and good customer service. When ever possible we try and work with individuals we trust and that is the case with Kathi which is why we returned to her over this labor day weekend to purchase a complete bed set. Bill & Kelli
