The shipping wasn't so great but customer service helped me to understand the possible problem.

Several of the products are great. Some….not so great as touted. Shipping time is reasonable.

Purchased a small and needed my usual medium. Switch happened with ease and efficiency.

Was skeptical at first, but having worn the coat for 2 weeks now in temps from 50f down to the low 30's with rain and wind, I was always warm (with only long sleeve baselayer, thin vest, and a scarf). Bought a large (my usual size) and fit perfect but doesn't leave room for lots of layers (not necessary down to 30f, and think xl would have been too big). I was concerned with the velcro closure but it has not caused any issue (wearing a cotton/acrylic scarf, it may catch a wool scarf). Highly recommended, especially when on sale!
