Customer service is as vague and unhelpful as can be. Reward points mysteriously are only usable up to $50 with no reason given. Why do you bother offering them if they can't be used? Questions about the item aren't specifically answered either. I normally would purchase elsewhere because of this, but your product is just what i needed so I purchased from your company.
