While production backups made things take FOREVER (6 months), Maxwell and the team in Miami did a great job of keeping me updated on progress, and letting me know they were doing all they could.

They took a while to get due to the pandemic but communication with the company was good with regards to ship dates

Working with OROA was very easy and they were helpful and pleasant. Only issue was confusion with the shipping company that had to be resolved. The actual person delivering was great and very careful when unpacking.

While I am happy with the product in the end, waiting 5 months and needing to prod with several phone calls once it landed stateside to actually get it shipped to me, lowers my rating to 4 stars....should actually be 3.5 stars.

His follow through was excellent. I was obviously upset to receive a broken item, he maintained his cool and did everything he could to make the situation right! He was the epitome of customer service!

Oroa’s customer care during the process was exceptional. They kept me informed, were quick to respond to questions and treated me respectfully. A rare find in today’s internet shopping center.

This is a fairly handsome and heavy crystal vase. It is faceted nicely. It took six months from placing my order, to arrival at my door. However, the color (green, in my case) is not nearly as rich as the marketing picture implies. That picture clearly has been brightly illuminated to make the color visible. It reality the color drab and dark… nearly opaque … not vibrant and not as translucent as the picture indicates. It looks almost black to smokey gray, with just a faint hint of very dark green. With a very bright light directly above or behind it, a bit more of the color can be seen. That is disappointing. Also, crystal of this price range should not have little bubbles in the glass, and this one certainly does have little bubbles. Overall, a handsome vase, albeit so dark it is nearly opaque if it is not brightly lit. I would not have ordered it and waited six months for it, has I known this… but it is OK, and I decided to just keep it.
