Fast and easy

I was incorrectly advided that this lamp whoud work with the European to North American plug adapter. The adapter states that it is not compatible with the 220V transformer supplied with this lamp. The transformer supplied should be a 110V/220v switchable for this product to be safely used in the US.

OROA had the best pricing on the Gibbons table. The delivery of each table was smooth. The customer service was Bar None. While waiting they sent me a gift. I was very pleased with the experience. Thanks a lot! Living Area is coming together nicely!

After ordering the Ginkgo Leaf Side Table, I was stunned by just how much more beautiful it was in person than in the picture. Gorgeous detailing on the brass base - it's a true piece of art in our cocktail room. The glass top arrived with a very tiny chip, which customer service promptly took care of and put in a request for a new piece of glass. I am very happy with the the customer service and the piece itself! Thank you!

The product I ordered came in perfect condition. The delivery came a couple of days later than expected; I was not contacted on the stated contact date. I understand it, however, as we are operating under COVID pandemic and I live in a small town in the West. The last stages of the delivery were fulfilled by two subcontractor companies. I was contacted by the actual delivery person and we set the time for the delivery. The delivery was great! I am fully satisfied with the purchase and also with customer service I received when I called OROA to inquire about the contact date.

The lamps are beautiful—high quality materials and workmanship--and worth every penny and 3 months’ wait time while they shipped from the Netherlands. The only aspect I’d improve on is the delivery process—I received an email stating they’d be delivered on a Wednesday; I waited all day, checking the website for status, and at the end of the day, noticed I have to schedule delivery. So I scheduled for the next available date—Tuesday—and received a confirmation email. The delivery came that Saturday, with no advanced notice. With COVID-19 we were home so not an issue, but delivery process and communication could be improved.

Nice people, minimal communication regarding when and what to expect for delivery, and it took quite a while to get product. However it was worth the wait

Shipping / delivery was horrible and a nightmare of no returned calls, excuses and no shows on two scheduled delivery dates. Finally go table which I LOVE. OROA should not use RoadRunner Freight delivery. They are the worst.
