The mattress is excellent and we are glad we bought it untried. The admin of the purchase however, was dire. After our order was taken, we were given a delivery date and had our previous mattress taken downstairs for us. The mattress did not arrive until 4 days later and we had to use a spare bedroom in the meantime. We asked the courier to remove his shoes before walking on our carpets and he refused initially, and it took a discussion with his colleague before he agreed. We have never had a courier or contractor refuse before. We were offered 2 pillows with the purchase but they were late too, with only one being delivered initially. The courier marked the tracking as having delivered both, but used the same photograph for the one that we didn't get. It took several days for the second one to arrive. We are glad that the mattress is a long-standing purchase as we wouldn't like to deal with your company again and can't recommend it.

After using the pro edition for couple of weeks. I would say the mattress is not medium firm at all. It is on the softer side would personally call it medium soft. Other than that everything else is good.

Awful customer service. All online, no phone number and can take days to get a response. The wrong mattress was delivered and I had paid to have my old mattress removed, I am disabled & this left me sleeping on a sofa for 5 nights.

I was disappointed with the service. It broke when received the item. The staff didn’t take immediate action.

This mattress is too good. It’s like sleeping on clouds. We go into such deep sleep it is actually dangerous because are too comfortable. We had such bad back and neck pains and now that seems to be cured!

Mattress delivered was found to be covered in yellow stains when packaging was opened. Customer services (who are at GMT+8!) first response was to suggest sleeping on a stained mattress, when it should have been to replace or refund it. Appalling. After two weeks they finally collected the mattress and refunded me. I'm not remotely tempted to ever use Origin again.

The product is good but the delivery and the communication around it were poor. The delivery was confusing and protracted, particularly as we had disposed of the old bed so had nowhere to sleep.

Highly recommended. Firm mattress which support the body well. Firm but not hard. I have a better night sleep now. Value for money.

Decent mattress (Hybrid Pro). I was not sure at first, but decided to keep it in the end. It's quite firm and not exactly 'comfy', but has helped my lower back out a lot, which is good. Does run a bit hot compared to a fully sprung mattress, but that is to be expected. Origin were very good at dealing with any issues I had, although not fan of the AI chat bot.

Very good company to deal with, communications were excellent.
