The first CF226X cartridge I ordered from GenuineInk. com was defective out of the box. To their credit, they shipped a replacement automatically after a simple verification process -- though they did not give me the option for a refund instead, which is what I would have requested. The replacement cartridge works as designed. Given their prompt customer support and an acceptable solution, I would order again.

Our printer is Brother MFC-L3780CDW. We were using standing cartridges and started with XXL for longer term savings. They cost more upfront, but you get more pages printed than with standard cartridges. The overall cost for XXL is less than using standard cartridges, so we're glad to have some savings.
