The shipping was great, though it was a little delayed; it came just in time for me to use.

I haven't opened them yet as I got sick & ready for a minor surgery today. However, the service & kindness upon ordering & receiving it timely was GREAT. Thank you very much!

The first toner drum sent was damaged so I requested a replacement which they quickly sent. Unfortunately, the second drum also had issues, but I'm going to see is using the drum a few times works out the problem of small smudges on the printed pages.
