I’ve always had a pleasant experience ordering from OO. I remember when it was just parapro, and it’s been such an honor to be a part of the growth and try new products. The only thing that I can think of is I wish I could get my products sooner when I order them. I guess I need peace juice on hand to support me while I wait on my other products to arrive. 🤍😅

I’m happy with OO. My orders have always been on time. I love how I get OO dollars from my orders to use towards future orders. I haven’t experienced any issues.

Every product I have gotten has been amazing

I truly appreciate the effort for sustainable shipping materials. But as a continuous customer with a couple of subscriptions, I currently have a trunk of seven Boox boxes rattling around waiting for me to find time to scan each one individually, get seven separate emails, drive to the post office, go inside, stand in line, open seven separate emails for seven separate labels, for seven separate boxes. You get the idea. I can’t bring myself to put them in the recycling, but I also find it super inconvenient to return them. And the monetary reward cannot even be applied to my subscription orders. Which pretty much makes it a costly endeavor with my time and fuel. At the very least, these boxes should come with return labels already inside. Thanks for allowing us to express concerns. Hopefully there is a sustainable AND practical shipping solution.

I have tried many other probiotics and they have not worked for me, how ever "Not Your Average Probiotic. " really works, I'm regular and donot have disconfort whi. e using,thank you!! yours trult Happy regular
