I am taking natal nurture for the entirety of my pregnancy and plan on using it after and have started taking mineral boost the last half. In combination with prenatals I am also taking I can't say what one thing is doing over the other. But I feel like I am putting my best self out there! It makes me feel like I am doing the right thing for our unborn baby so far!

Love the herbs, and while still waiting to see a direct correlation, I do feel like I have more energy and my body feels more supported. I do wish there was a way to make the tinctures a bit more travel friendly but overall very happy with the products I have purchased.
