I ordered 3 oils that was returned to you on the 27th of September I’ve reached out several times and 1 response verifying my address which is correct on the 10th of October and haven’t heard anything back. Your products are good actually amazing but things like this will have people not wanting to order. I’m not an influencer/content creator which seems like they are the ones who get special treatment. But if you can pull up my orders you will see that i do support. I purchased 10 not 1 but 10 body butters(8butters2oils) in one single transaction. Was looking forward to purchasing the oils to match. But i dont wanna support anymore because of this. The way time to receive products is already long but the no response when you do have a problem is absolutely terrible and i hate that for you
