Ordered from Europe, the order was picked up quickly and shipping took only 6 days (in Christmas holiday season). Questions are answered within a day or 2, great! Please take the customs into account though (of course, as with all purchases from outside the EU)

Communication could have been better in some ways. However, I did have a cosmetically damaged DAC which Leo gladly was willing to return or credit.
