I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received from OptimalHealth: due to a global shortage of the product I ordered, my item was not in stock and could not be sent straight away. Ben very kindly sent me prompt updates to inform me of the progress and offer alternative solutions. He was most helpful and professional. In the end, I asked to swap my original item for another product which I actually needed more, and this was immediately sent out to me at no extra cost (even though it was almost twice as expensive). My parcel arrived the next day and even included a complimentary face care product. Despite my original item not being in stock (which was not the fault of OptimalHealth), I could not have been more satisfied with my experience. Their friendly and individualised service could not be faulted and was most appreciated.
