Had excellent service from optimal health. The hycosan night ointment was not in stock due to delays in production. Optimal health kept in touch throughout via whatss app and were fully supportive. The delay was prolonged so I cancelled my order and optimal health gave me a discount to come back at a later date. Can't fault the service. Hycosan night ointment is a little fiddly at first but once you can perfect the technique to get it in your eye and stay there, it is fantastic. I rarely need to use eye drops during the day when I've used this at night.

This company and its Cerule products have been great. So pleased to have discovered them. Brilliant customer service, really professional, a rarity these days.
