Manufacturing tolerances aren’t matching how the product is being positioned (higher end). Bowl wobble, whisk wobble, whisk gearbox pins bent, plastic housing tolerances have a few little lips and gaps. Functionally better than a kitchen aid (and not really comparable given spiral mixer), yet fit & parts are significantly cheaper feeling.

Easy to order with fast delivery, no drama at all..

I’m very happy with my Ooni Volt 2 overall. The oven performs extremely well, heats up quickly, reaches the high temperatures needed for Neapolitan-style pizza, and gives me results that I simply couldn’t achieve with my regular home oven.

Great little oven

So so good.

Ooni customer service is among the best I've ever experienced. Product quality is also excellent.
