Took a few different service agents but I was eventually informed of my incorrect setting on my phone that wouldn’t allow me to see my distance.

No issues with ordering as it was easy to order and pay. Tracking for Fed ex ground is kind of lame as it typically is not detailed and takes longer than typical delivery systems.

One of the little yellow disc were broke. The CO2 cartridge was good.

Onyx is a fantastic brand, and their customer service is amazing too! I don't ever go on the water without my Onyx M-16 Inflatable PFD. It's lightweight and easy to use and perfect for the rivers and lakes that I frequent at. There's no better brand and product out there when it comes to water safety.

The life jacket is nice, but the dog can't wear it because it's too small. Went by the measurements as listed. Not paying as much as the items cost for shipping to return the product for an exchange so we now have a jacket that won't be used. Return policy sucks!

Worked with a sales specialist to purchase two jackets - one for me and one for a larger person. My jacket is fine, the jacket for a person with up to a 65" waist looks like a child's jacket when worn on a larger person
