My wife wanted a pink inflatable Life jacket and they had them in stock.

I had a friend fall in the lake and his vest inflated! I loved that it worked as advertised. I ordered a rebuild kit and it was reasonable and arrived quickly.

This whole process was so easy with quick shipping and I have used the life vest multiple times already! Quality is great , I love the color and the pattern!

The life vests were too small so I wanted to return them and order bigger ones. But, you didn’t give me a return label and fed ex wanted to charge me $80 to ship them back. So looks like I’m stuck with them. Horrible return policy

Very quick and easy

Onyx m16 fell apart constantly. Front line customer service interaction good. CS manager interaction poor. Individual needs training regarding customer interaction. Left with poor opinion of Onyx after having had previous positive opinion using other onyx products. Product design needs to be reviewed. Discussion with other purchasers confirmed similar experiences by others, even kayak products retailers.

rearming kit incomplete

I purchased the Onyx A/M-24 Automatic/Manual Inflatable Life Jacket, Low Profile, Compact Design, Manual Convertible Inflation Option life vest from Amazon. I tested it in the pool, so I discharged the CO2 unit in the pool while I was wearing the vest. I found that when I leaned forward and my face was in the water, that it would not cause my head to tilt back if I was unconscious. Therefore, I do not recommend the vest.
