Very quick and easy

Onyx m16 fell apart constantly. Front line customer service interaction good. CS manager interaction poor. Individual needs training regarding customer interaction. Left with poor opinion of Onyx after having had previous positive opinion using other onyx products. Product design needs to be reviewed. Discussion with other purchasers confirmed similar experiences by others, even kayak products retailers.

rearming kit incomplete

I purchased the Onyx A/M-24 Automatic/Manual Inflatable Life Jacket, Low Profile, Compact Design, Manual Convertible Inflation Option life vest from Amazon. I tested it in the pool, so I discharged the CO2 unit in the pool while I was wearing the vest. I found that when I leaned forward and my face was in the water, that it would not cause my head to tilt back if I was unconscious. Therefore, I do not recommend the vest.

purchased four a/m33 vests three of the four deployed on their own while in storage in a dry area in the boat never wet now i need recharge kits at 50 dollars each if your not using them they need to be taken out of boat and stored?? i bought them for in my boat not my house waste of money for this type of product and the company just gives you a big runaround
