The online store, customer service and delivery is all okay however, I'm a bit disappointed that the door mats started cracking up and disintegrating into small pieces and broke off. All of this happened within 14 - 16 months of use. I did expect the product to last longer.

My first order No; 22091, dated 19.10.2024 has not yet been delivered. Already mailed & made a WhatsApp intimation, called up once on given numbers, had a word with executive but of no avail till now. Even then I committed mistake again by ordering a lot more mats. I am surprised to see the response from such a reputed company. Very disappointing.
