I had to contact them as I had not gotten my order. I was told the material was out of stock but they could ship it in 5 yards pieces with my approval. I told them I accepted their offer but it would have been nice to receive an email stating the problem instead of just refunding or cancelling the order. Professionalism is definitely missing and should be called to their attention with all the piece good shops closing. But I will probably reorder in the future and hope for the best.
