I often have to order large quantities of fabric on a deadline. Although OFS doesn't always have those quantities in stock (and isn't always great about communicating when that happens, thus the 4 stars), I call customer service directly and I can always rely on getting through to a real and competent representative. They always address my concerns quickly and are great about helping to find alternatives if the original fabric won't make it on time. So a little clearer communication up front on out of stock or backorders would be nice, but if you reach out to them, you'll get answers fast.
