My Pro 20 grinder was down which meant my business was down. I immediately called Aaron and he explained to me exactly what to do. He provided me with videos to assist me with all 8 of my grinder bearings replacement. I called him several times and he walked me through some things I didn't understand and was available to me at all times. He followed up the same day after the repair was complete to ensure I was up and running and if I needed anything further. My business was down which didn't affect Aaron at all but he took on my problem as if it were his own. This is the difference between just a business and a GREAT business-good people make a tremendous difference. .

I bought the 18" Edge Grinder after seeing a couple of video's and I contacted Aaron and he was great to work with. my OF18EDGE is exactly what my company needed to get my workers off their knees while edge grinding. I thought the price was more than reasonable and I actually tried it out and it is as advertised. I will say Aaron followed up with me once I received it to walk through on how to operate the machine in detail. He didn't leave it to me to figure it out. You don't always get that type of support after the sale has been completed. I will be buying more equipment in the future as my business grows.
