Wrote the wrong day literally says what day I want it on there gave me the wrong date asking for a refund multiple times

First I have to say how responsive and awesome the Customer Service team is!! When my orders arrived, they were perfect and exactly what I wanted!!!

Communication needs improvement.

Received after event

We ordered and they came in when we expected and were exactly what we ordered. Would absolutely order from this company again and have referred friends to this company as well.

Customer service was great!

We absolutely love them! They are our wedding favors and they came out exactly how I created it! The quality is amazing as well.

Product took a very long time to arrive, response times were very delayed & hard to get through to customer service. Was promised they would ship by a certain date and then they did not. Coozies were ordered as Dusty rose and the color that arrived are a light blush pink color.

We loved the way the coozies turned out! Our guests talked about them all night!! Thank you!!

Glass quality is great, however the etching is nearly invisible. Maybe its more visible with a dark liquor like the picture being shown but empty or clear liquid its practically invisibile

Our wedding koozies are great quality and we are very happy with them!

These came out amazing! Can’t wait to use them!

They were done perfectly. They have decent quality. Only downfall was took longer then expected so order earlier then needed but otherwise everything was awesome.

Poor at best with delivery time

Coozies were a hit with our guests and very well made, didn’t feel cheap at all even though the price was extremely budget friendly

I paid extra for rush! Got them in plenty of time!

They're perfect! Arrived on time looking even better than I expected!

The whole process was very smooth and the sweatshirt arrived quicker than I expected! Thank you so much!!

We have gotten our order and we are ecstatic. The quality of the Cousy’s is 10 out of 10. The quality of the print is a 10 out of 10 you guys did an amazing job. They’re beautiful and we are so happy thank you so much.

We really liked the product. This was one of multiple gifts we gave our guest. Everyone loved them.
