Good quality, good customer service

It took FIVE months to get my order. I ordered April 29th and they were delivered September 29th. Do they look good? Yes. Are they any better than other brands/companies my bride friends have used? No. And the 5 month wait made it not worth it. If you have a wedding that’s less than 6 months away don’t risk it.

We absolutely love our koozies to give out to wedding guests. Though they did take a few months to arrive, they were worth the wait! You guys did a great job capturing our Pomeranian, Beignet.

The product is good however it took 3 long months which I was not expecting. This is why I give it a 1

The one big thing is that they do take a LONG time to receive. The stress alone of having to wait until the week OF my wedding to get them had me stressed because I didn't have a back up plan if the mail does what mail does and has delays. But I'm over it now and they are here and they are VERY well made. The only other funny thing is that our names are Kelsey and Josie. So they sent us two BRIDES Koozies as an extra gift. Well, Kelsey happens to be a MAN hahah! we got a giggle out of it because Yea...its a unisex name but, we get it! Regardless it is a good product and we are happy with it. I just hope they figure out their delays because they have a TON of reviews reflecting how slow they are. I ordered in June and didn't get them til 9/21. My wedding is 9/26. SO just keep that in mind please. GREAT product. SLOW Production.
