I’ve been an Oma’s customer a long time so I know the quality of your products but I am very, very happy having your food delivered to my door. My dogs and cats are happy also!

Shipping was prompt and items were packaged well to prevent damage. I appreciate the quality packaging of each item as well, especially that they reseal so easily.

Haven't had a chance to try the frozen raw Woof formula as FedEx unfortunately delayed the shipment over the weekend resulting in the frozen thawing completely. Sent a note to OP to let them know and to ask if the food was still safe to use. Email was after hours but Amber kindly responded to say the food was likely not safe to use and offered to replace the whole order even though it was not their fault that FE stalled the shipment. THAT is awesome customer service!! Awaiting the new shipment this week. Thank you so much for being a great caring company!

The Oma's Pride online store is not only easy to use, it's quick and I love how, if I have an issue, customer service has my back. I'm excited about the new delivery process because even though my food has arrived safely, with the ongoing heat waves, I worry. It's going to be great to have even better shipping!

I needed a correction to a subscription order made by mistake and the Oma's team was able to handle it fast by just texting. Thanks! It would be very helpful if the subscription option was not the default. So ease to miss this the way the order page is set up.

Had to change my delivery order and reached out to the company. Within days had the food at our door. By far the best service department I have ever worked with.
