Great product, delivery on time. Excellent customer service.

Good afternoon, We received 2 beach 4 pole compact windbreak. However one of the middle steel pole springs is not working. I can return the complete windbreaker or you could send a replacement middle pole. Let me know your policy & I will complete.

Fats shipping great item

Excellent as always

Great service as always

Windbreak delivered quickly nice and compacted

Pooling water on one side of the roof. Video shows Velcro straps for roof beams but no straps on this one. Zip end on roof window, leaking. Told to just use the sealer. Like the size but not impressed. Guys are all out as per video. Roof still looks saggy causing pooling which then leaks with the volume of water pooling. It like the side air beams don’t sit far enough up.

Excellent service.
