I and a friend bought the olpro uno at the same time and we both loved the ease of erecting with air beams but at the end of the first season my friends beams exploded and as ours was fine I believed it was him as they shouldn’t go that quick but if anyone has gone back to customer services, they don’t guarantee the air beams. So, all through the winter we kept waiting for them to come into stock, well no chance!! So for the start of the new season he bought another ‘Uno’ and chucked the old one. The new season arrived and I used my once and because I had to put it away wet I took it home to erect and dry out, on putting it up, the same happened to mine … both beams exploded!! I’ve actually spoken to Olpro representatives at the various shows and explained my experience and that it was too much of a coincidence to be user error but it fell on ‘deaf’ ears. I like the product, tent wise but have actually bought a used poled ‘Olpro’ awning as I have no trust in your airbeams and would hate for them to explode at the start of a vacation.

Just returned from a camping/kayaking trip to Iceland camping at Vogar, Vik and Skaftafell next to Vatnajokull glacier The tent was easy to put up , lightweight ( it went in my backpack )and very comfortable. Very pleased with my purchase

Went to buy a carpet for my van nice, it says spend £35 or more for free delivery fine but get to payment try charging me for delivery. . . . Poor. .

Have never written a review before as most companies i have dealt with, rarely reply to e mails, phone calls etc. This company has astounded me with superb e mail response and after sales back up. . . . Cannot recommend Charlotte and the team highly enough. .

I bought the OLPRO wagon door storage for my VW T5 camper van. They were a bargain at £45 for both bags. I am happy with the quality however the pilot holes for the screws were so off. I sent photos to OLPRO. Received an AI reply telling me how to fit the bags to the door. I ended up having to make new pilot holes with a drill which obviously doesn’t look great as there are the factory holes showing. So think twice about buying these unless you want to spend a couple of hours making new holes. Sorry my first review for this company is negative.

I just got my new caravan cover. Super heavyweight fabric, easy to get on and to secure. The best quality one I’ve bought so far. Really happy. My vintage caravan is now ready for winter.

2nd time using this tent awning which is NOT BLACKOUT as described. The drive away section whilst static connected to the van ripped allowing sight and weather through. Really poor We dont want this product anymore but Olpro only state they will repair it and are trying to say it is only adveritsed as darkened and not blackout which is plainly false. Dont trust them at all.

Hi, I bought the Olpro awning rail, 3 x 1m sections. It is very well priced compared to many awning rails on the market. However, I could not find any install instructions. I had to experiment to find the right size of drill bit, 2mm. I then found that some of the supplied self tapping screws would not tap into the van and lost their threads. With a bit of thought I found a screw that would tap and used this to start the tapping in the other holes and found that this worked. I was fortunate in that I had to cut off a section so had 2 spare screws. Have yet to use the rail but it looks very solid. As I said it is very competitively priced but with some install instructions and better self tapping screws it would be much improved.

Thank you all at Olpro for turning around our equipment repair so quickly.

Once we learnt how to navigate the website, the process of ordering, paying and delivery was easy. The awning was easy to put up, take down and store in the bag. It was roomy and well constructed. Coped well in a fairly strong and whippy breeze. Good value for money.

£23? Absolute bargain. Yes, it needed a strap sewn back on but it's in amazing condition. Delighted.

Great chairs, very supportive, very quick delivery.

Very pleased with chair

I purchased this for my 9year old, and although a lovely thick blanket the head hole is too small. I considered returning but would have to pay a further postage fee and all in its not worth the hassle. But a real shame it’s not really fit for our purposes.
