Customer service is wonderful. I
Customer service is wonderful. I encountered issues with the shipment of the product -- the first shipment never arrived and was "lost" somewhere, so O&J promptly issued another shipment which arrived damaged and without all of its contents. O&J then issued a third shipment which arrived in perfect condition. They even sent a bonus gift for my shipping troubles. This company is great to work with, and their nail polish is awesome. Very satisfied.

Was delivered SUPER quick (~2 days without expedited). My first color (Vintage) using the regular gel base coat lasted 21 days! No chips at all, stayed super shiny, and would've kept going except I wanted to switch colors. I will say removal was not my favorite but I think I need to file more color off to make it easier. Still figuring out the longevity with the peel off base, but I'm sure I just need to focus more on the center of the nail (the peel off is very rewarding and easy!). I was just a tiny bit sad I didn't get the free nail polish with my system purchase, but that's ok!
