Michele provided us with an excellent, personal, video discussing the Oliso irons and how to use and care for them. She did an excellent job and offered prizes for several customers which in turn, excited others to purchase them. One of the best presentations I have had for my customers.

The replacement process was quick and easy since I had my receipt!

Customer service is amazing. They have replaced my iron twice due to an issue with the steam selector that stopped working. Replacement was fast and only took a few days. It’s disappointing to have to replace a $200 iron but thank goodness Oliso has a wonderful support team.

This is the second Oliso iron I have had. The first one broke. I am sorry to say that I was told that my first iron was too old for warrant but they would offer me a discount on a new one with free shipping. So I took advantage of the offer but was told later that they do not offer free shipping to Alaska. Well, what can I say? I live in the most wonderful place in US. Worth the shipping fee.

In every communication with Customer Service, they we’re patience and were willing to allow me the time and worked with me to provide facts regarding the purchase and troubles I experienced with my Oliso iron.

My Oliso iron stopped heating up so I called customer service. We tried troubleshooting and when that didn’t work the customer rep arranged for me to have a new iron sent. I received it within a few days. I would highly recommend their products.

Sadie with Oliso took me through all the proper steps to resolve the issues regarding why my iron completely stopped working. When nothing seemed to get it back on track, the company sent me a new iron that is working very well. Thank you Sadie and Oliso for your attention and consideration to this problem.
