The processing of my order was quite slow and the product was slightly damaged due to a hole in the packaging which I am guessing was due to transit. Some sturdier packaging and maybe just an update to let you know that your order is slightly delayed but is still in the system when orders are taking a while to process would really be beneficial.

Old Mill Saddlery were amazing with me! I accidentally mistyped my email address and after a quick telephone call, I was assured that everything was correct and my order would be processed without any issues. The next day, I realised I did not have an email confirmation of the order (due to my typo) and Joanne spent time to find my order and sent an email confirmation whilst I was on the phone.
