I ordered 3 coats and they were shipped in 2 lots. One came very quick. The other however took nearly 2 weeks, 3 different delivery dates and when I rang to explain. You could not longer track it no one chased it up as they said they would. I ended up contacting the courier company to locate it and then it was delivered.
