After 40 years of owning a Brown Betty teapot, I was so sad when the lid broke. Researching online the only one I found exactly like mine was at Olde Church. Naturally it was 3 times the price, but was the same teapot. It arrived in short time and would have been perfect if the lid had fit! When I reported the problem, it was quickly resolved and within a few days the correct lid arrived. What great customer service! I will definitely shop there again. Thank you! (The misfit lid is on its way back across the pond.)
