I am 100% a skeptic - but I have become a believer in the sleep oil and the peppermint oil!!! So wish it was not always SOLD OUT!!!

I ordered on 11/21. I received an email my order was delivered however if you track it, it says it was damaged and is being returned to the sender. I emailed and was told a new shipment would be sent. This was a week ago. The tracking number just shows label created.

Purchased the baby cough for bath time and the sleepy lotion. They are high quality and helped her right away. The sleepy lotion helps her get to sleep and be relaxed. Cough for bath time is nice and not overpowering. It is just enough of an aroma to notice and she loved the bubbles too!

I had heard of the company many years ago about the time my oldest son was born. I had purchased the sleep roll on essential oils for him when transitioning to his own room at about 6 months and I swore by this brand then that it works! Now 2 more kids later, my youngest needed relief from a terrible cold and I remembered that Oilogic had the stuffy nose and cough line. Well, it’s no longer sold in any store near me (bummer) so I hurried to order online and get it here ASAP! Upon arriving the box was packaged so cute, and everything was in there, but definitely didn’t look like it was cared for much when being boxed up. Everything was thrown around, the lids for items were missing, and one of the pumps on my room spray of the cough and stuffy nose does not work. Only reasoning for one less star was for the pump not working. Disappointed too because it helps my kiddos sleep so good and I can’t use the bottle now.

I had purchased the set and glad I did, for the price it was well worth it. My boys love doing the bath with it and rolling their sleep oils on themselves. Plus spraying their bedding makes the whole room smell yummy for them. They’ve been sleeping a lot better since we’ve been using this product. I will have to reorder soon with the amount we’re using up!

The customer service was great. I accidentally entered my old zip code, so there was a problem with delivering the spray but it was no issue once I contacted customer service. My order was completed shortly after and I received my product.
