Terrific, no problems at all.

Most other options on the market jump from small repair bags (half liters) to bikepacking behemoths. This is just right and easily holds all the repair gear and extra needs of these rides.

This is a very handy bag for quick access to small items, including a cell phone. Very well designed, with an extra pocket on the outside of the large zipped pouch. There are three velcro straps used to attach the bag to the bike; the middle strap wasn't quite long enough to go around the large frame of my e-bike, but I was able to quickly solve that issue by attaching an extra piece of velcro that secured easily to the existing strap without the need for sewing.

Wonderful company, product and service. Chris is patient, experienced and knowledgable. It appears that they support existing customers with any issues very well.

This is perfect! I have a staggered frame and it fits great. Easy access to my my phone, keys and small wallet, sunglasses, etc. and looks great.

During the pandemic it was impossible to find a e bike mechanic to agree to look at my bike. A friend of mine had the same issue and told me had success at Ohm. I contacted them and was very pleased with their attitude, service and the subsequent result. The price was very reasonable as well. After two summers of riding my wife’s e bike, I’m extremely happy to be back on mine.

Excellent. I chose the right size for my height (petite) and I’m glad I went with a converting option.

I really really like the backpack. It looks awesome and helps me everyday to bring all my stuff, like laptop, food, drinks, notebook and alle the personal stuff, from home to work and back. Actually I already was surprised by a thunderstorm and well my things are dry. I ordered the backpack in a fancy grey and like the little red accents at the zipper. Overall I‘m very proud to have the backpack and definitely recommend it.

Chris was so helping fitting the right springs that would work for me.

Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this suspension seat post. Makes my ride on bumpy roads so much smoother. Totally worth every penny.

I am very happy with my OHM Quest ebike and the service. Jerry Heddinger

Over and above servicing my bike, the staff spent considerable time helping me solve a separate issue I was having with my mini tire pump. Outstanding and friendly customer service. Much appreciated.

Super easy to use and the weight is way less than my other one but still very strong. Love it .

A little overpriced .

Friendly greeting on arrival. Always willing to answer any questions or concerns I might have. Bot h my bike and my wife’s came out of the shop looking like new.

Very happy with my pannier! Attachment/removal on my bike is effortless, looks good, and fits everything I need it to. Great design, will definitely recommend it!

The back pack is great! Fits nice with good quality all around.

Having used my new pannier for a couple weeks now I can honestly say I love it. The quick release system is excellent. The lower clip, for additional security, on the pannier helps to reduce any jostling of the pannier on rougher terrain. I chose the 22L size as I have a smaller bike and am glad I did. The larger version would have hung too low for my size of bike. I do occasionally hit the bag with foot when I peddle but a quick readjustment of my foot and all is great. Only reservation is how the quick release system clips do rub slightly on my shoulders when I use the pannier as a backpack. The zippers, compartments and top handle all are excellent quality. Hoping to have many adventures with this pannier!!

Love the space but...

Great fast service.
