Ohm and its products have been great. They have very decent bikes for tall riders.

This is my second bag that I have purchased to go along with my Pannier convertible backpack 2.0 lite. The size is perfect just to take with me when I don’t need to take the backpack. Fits my wallet, keys, chapstick, and phone. It’s east to grab and go when you want. The quality of the bags are awesome.

Perfect fit. Holds good amount stuff. Only challenge is that it impedes water bottle access.

Works amazing! Bought one for my wife, now I’m buying one for myself too!

Everything is great about this

Really loving my new commute backpack. It's got tons of room to use it for a travel bag on trips and all the pockets make it a great option for work as well. The two laptop sleeves are nice, I use one for my laptop and one for my paperwork which keeps it all organized. The side pouch is an added bonus which I didn't think I would use all the much but it's great for finding a specific item quicker. All the materials seem really sturdy but I've yet to put them to the test. All in all I'm really happy with the bag and would definitely recommend it.

I have used this bag just about every day since I bought it and it is perfect for what I need. The large compartment is spacious enough to hold all my daily needs (which is quite a bit considering I commute all over using my bike). There are plenty of extra compartments for essentials, such as bike repair tools, bungee cords, extra riding gear, etc. It holds securely to my bike rack with an easily installed system, as well as converting quickly into a backpack. I am very happy with this product and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pannier/backpack combo.

Works great so far for commuting, groceries, and overnights. Not sure how I feel about putting it on the right side of the bike, it gets close to the drive train. But I love the attachment mechanism, the separate compartment, and grab handles. Great bag.

Great bag with a great build quality. Haven't used it in the rain yet but I imagine it should hold up well. Easy to put on and off rack (I don't use the bottom buckles). Only issue I've found is that since the corners are quite squared, the zipper can be a bit finnicky around the corners and sometimes makes it difficult to remove laptop from the laptop compartment. Not impossible but definitely notable.

Most other options on the market jump from small repair bags (half liters) to bikepacking behemoths. This is just right and easily holds all the repair gear and extra needs of these rides.

This is a very handy bag for quick access to small items, including a cell phone. Very well designed, with an extra pocket on the outside of the large zipped pouch. There are three velcro straps used to attach the bag to the bike; the middle strap wasn't quite long enough to go around the large frame of my e-bike, but I was able to quickly solve that issue by attaching an extra piece of velcro that secured easily to the existing strap without the need for sewing.

Wonderful company, product and service. Chris is patient, experienced and knowledgable. It appears that they support existing customers with any issues very well.

This is perfect! I have a staggered frame and it fits great. Easy access to my my phone, keys and small wallet, sunglasses, etc. and looks great.

During the pandemic it was impossible to find a e bike mechanic to agree to look at my bike. A friend of mine had the same issue and told me had success at Ohm. I contacted them and was very pleased with their attitude, service and the subsequent result. The price was very reasonable as well. After two summers of riding my wife’s e bike, I’m extremely happy to be back on mine.

Excellent. I chose the right size for my height (petite) and I’m glad I went with a converting option.

I really really like the backpack. It looks awesome and helps me everyday to bring all my stuff, like laptop, food, drinks, notebook and alle the personal stuff, from home to work and back. Actually I already was surprised by a thunderstorm and well my things are dry. I ordered the backpack in a fancy grey and like the little red accents at the zipper. Overall I‘m very proud to have the backpack and definitely recommend it.

Chris was so helping fitting the right springs that would work for me.
