We are a nonprofit that serves adults and children with developmental disabilities. Our goal is to improve their skills and quality of life. Due to the complexity of funding in this sphere, we run on a very tight budget. This was a wonderful opportunity to save much-needed money on our lighting needs. At first, it looked ""too good to be true. "" Once we realized it was a legitimate grant, we jumped at the opportunity.

The customer service was amazing. Almost immediately upon my sending an e-mail complaining that my free lights did not work I was contacted and a refund of my shipping fee is in process. It is sad that the lights don't work with my fixtures but Matt and OEO Energy Solutions are great to work with.

Ordering was easy. Items came quickly. However, we needed the tubes accompanied by T-12 adaptors and we received T-8. We will adapt to that but it's not what we needed. Nevertheless, receiving this offer was a gift.
