I was made aware of the offer through my local Camber Commerce (Wallowa County, OR) Simple transaction. I filled out an easy non-invasive or cumbersome application. Maybe I called the supplier or they called me and gave a simple Explination. I went around and counted our bulbs and sent the number and the packages arrived. An Email with a Utube video on how to install was included and it was a really good video.

OEO was the only company I could find that had the correct bulbs I needed in order to retrofit 15 dual bulb fluorescent fixtures with LEDs. When I tried to place the order for the 30 bulbs I was shocked that the pricing given on their site for shipping was more than the cost of the bulbs themselves so I reached out to them via e-mail. The person I emailed with was able to quickly and efficiently re-quote the pricing to a much more reasonable rate (I think the dimensions they had in their shipping calculator were incorrect) and even sent out 2 bulbs for me to test and make sure they were exactly what I needed before I ordered all the rest. Shipping in both cases was quick, bulbs arrived intact and were exactly what I needed, and service was great. I would definitely order from OEO again.
