Matt your sales rep. was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Not overbearing or bent on making a sale. He asked good questions so i can make sure i get the correct items i needed.

Your customer service by email and phone was fantastic. Prompt replies, accurate information. The product, Super Hybrid Mini LED worked with the existing ballast as advertised, the color and brightness were also as advertised. I was 100% satisfied.

The salesman Larry, directed me to some awesome fixtures to meet my needs. Having to deal with other fixture salesmen, I�m impressed with OEO calling or emailing me in a very timely fashion, very impressive. After talking with Jim and resolving everything, I'm updating this review. There was a miscommunication around our order, but it was as much my fault as the customer service rep's, as I failed to verify the size of the bypass bulbs being provided after we'd eliminated the plug and play as an option. Not only was Jim incredibly helpful and understanding in resolving everything, he was also very forgiving of the mistake on our end. Would definitely recommend working with these folks, and will gladly do so again in the future
