Prompt delivery and good communication

The only downside to placing an order was that the confirmation email didn't appear until a tracking number was created. I ordered a piece on Friday and didn't get an email until Tuesday. I did see the debit to my bank account over the weekend before it shipped. However, the part went for Oregon to New York from Tuesday to Saturday regular shipping which arrived earlier than expected.
