Part looks good, shipping was decent. Had a problem with a delay in processing because they wanted a VIN for the car. I gave the VIN the next day but I guess it didn't work because I waited a week and then reached out to customer service and got it figured out. Not sure why a VIN is mandatory, I had the correct part number and everything. When you check out the VIN is optional but apparently it is mandatory for them to process the order. Not the worst thing, but confusing and unnecessary in my opinion. Might use them again if the price is right.

Excellent pricing on factory fresh parts. Quick shipping. Would definitely order again when genuine Toyota parts are required.

Few of the parts ordered were on back order and one discontinued. But they worked on getting the parts and stayed in contact and updated me on order and deliver.

Originally estimated shipping cost of $5. 00. At checkout, charged almost double. No guidance included to confirm simple installation.

Item was not in stock and I did not find that out until after I paid. Parts fit great and everything I ordered arrived at the same time.
