Great service & price

I would have given 5 stars but I didn’t like buying a small very light $36 part and paying $15 for standard shipping. Almost 50% .

I ordered spark plugs, but they sent the wrong kind. Tried multiple times to contact customer service and they never responded. Have to dispute this through my credit card compay now.

Part was ordered 11/19/21 and when I called on 12/15/21 for a status update I was told it would take 4-5 weeks. I informed them it was ordered on 11/19/21 and then the story changed to it'll ship by Friday. The person was just being lazy and wanted off the phone.

My Camry seat heater switch burned out. I ordered a new one for a third cheaper than Toyota charges. The new part was easy to install it works great. The shipping took a few days but not too long.

Poor customer service. Not returning emails.

Good value, but pricey shipping costs for only 3 ounces. Would have preferred to wait a few more days for a better shipping cost. Otherwise, fine!

Had a little problem with receiving one part but they took care of it.

Order # 407744 Ordered on 08/25/21 received partial shipment today 09/16/21 only after calling and wondering why 3 weeks had gone by with no communication telling me that they were purposely holding my order even though they did have at least one of each of the two belts I needed in stock. This is terrible service, and I can't understand why anyone would think otherwise. Please cancel the remainder of my order and confirm that it has been done. .

So Toyota has a network of service departments warehouses and stores. OEM Genuine parts (or the website that powers it - revolutionparts) is a multi-inventory scrapper that searches all these inventories and forwards your order to some random store in some random location. MANY times my parts were not in stock. Re-orders come from different locations, and all of it was confusing. It would not be bad if they told you what is going on. Simply: Thanks for your order, XYZ will be sending it. But no, No transparency. Confusing communications and emails to track orders. I managed to find a vendor in this network that will get me the parts, but I have no way to get back to that vendor for future orders. Not a great experience. Maybe in a few years their platform will mature...

Communication could be better

I would give a 4 stars but it doesn't say on the site that the back piece to the mirror is sold separately. that is all i needed was the back part and ended up having to go to the local dealer and purchase it after i received my mirror

They had the old parts I needed and filled the order promptly. Shipping was a little high for these very light trim clips.

Got the order sooner than expected and had to order another part. Got what was needed to fix the issue.

Hundred dollar part was ordered wrong tried to call an email to return no response

They did not fit correctly and since you guys don't do refunds once installed I'm stuck with two ball joints that did not fit correctly. Thanks you guys I'll be sure to never shop here again
