Was able to find most parts for my 99 4runner

The part was returned to Modern Toyota exactly has they shipped to me as the part was covered under recall. The company is refusing to give me my money saying i did not ship everything back with the part but sent it EXACTLY how they shipped to me.

I received two oil filters in a plastic bag that were damaged. They should have been placed in a cardboard box so the didn’t get crushed. Shop elsewhere.
