I ordered an oil filter that came defective and scuffed. Upon requesting return of item for money back or replacement, I was sent the mail label for return. No mention of money back or re sending a proper filter. It took several days and an e mail to see my money returned. I feel there was no follow up from the store as well as no feedback to the customer. In the day of high online store competition, this service falls way back.

While communication and notifications is usually very appreciated, this order took things to a level I had never experienced before. In the course of the 3 or 4 days that it required to ship the part, I received no fewer than 12 shipping notification texts (at least 3 to 4 a day). I had to actually text STOP before the part even arrived. Will likely not order from this company in the future just to avoid repeating this experience again.
