Arrived on time, brand new, performed as expected. Great and easy experience with consistent updates along the way.

I'm impressed to say the least about the interaction I get from the team at OEM Euro. I'm so Thankful to have a local team that can handle my needs to maintain and upgrade my BMW's. I'm most appreciative for Logan a true asset to Century Group as well as Tyler. I've been a customer of Century long before I moved here when Chris Engels was the Parts Manager. He set me on my way to get the MOST out of my BMW's. I'm proud that he has found his niche and is still a valuable employee for your team. Kenneth W. Thomas

Pricing, 5 stars. Comms. , 5 stars. Do I recommend, absolutely!

Thank you for the quick shipping and great prices

I received the propper part. It was a better price than most and arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

Great parts prices, but communications (requesting this review) aren’t so good… (see attached screenshot)

the website seems pretty good. My part came in 2 days so that was nice

Parts were ordered on May 25 and 2 weeks later they have not arrived😵‍💫.

Focused on customer service both before and after the sale. The Parts department made every effort to make sure I got exactly the right part for my 20-year-old Jaguar. Delivery was quicker than expected for a special-order part, which arrived in perfect condition. They also provided information other Jaguar dealers were unable to do.

Great service. Fast shipping and Great parts. Will be a returning satisfied customer.

Great

good

QuIckly recieved my Trailer Hitch Cover that is otherwise backorded for months through Porsche.

The first part I ordered the wrong side the return was easy. The refund was quick. I ordered the second side and it was there in a couple days. And it was a perfect fit

It’s 1885 all over again! Ordered a small plastic part- didn’t wind up needing it. Was a $90 order and they offered me 50 back + I pay for shipping. It’s 2026, restocking fees are a scam of the past - what a horrible experience. I’ll never order from you again.

Awesome, they made me feel like they genuinely cared, in todays world that rare.

Excellent quality…

Great work thanks

Great OEM part and real good value

Paid a lot to have it express shipped but since it wasn’t in stock for them they had to order it which defeated the purpose of paying extra for express. When I found it somewhere else in stock I tried to cancel and they immediately sent me tracking then to stop me from canceling. Got the part way later than advertised. Would not recommend.
