Parts were ordered on May 25 and 2 weeks later they have not arrived😵‍💫.

Focused on customer service both before and after the sale. The Parts department made every effort to make sure I got exactly the right part for my 20-year-old Jaguar. Delivery was quicker than expected for a special-order part, which arrived in perfect condition. They also provided information other Jaguar dealers were unable to do.

The first part I ordered the wrong side the return was easy. The refund was quick. I ordered the second side and it was there in a couple days. And it was a perfect fit

It’s 1885 all over again! Ordered a small plastic part- didn’t wind up needing it. Was a $90 order and they offered me 50 back + I pay for shipping. It’s 2026, restocking fees are a scam of the past - what a horrible experience. I’ll never order from you again.
