Like having the Vin Check to make sure you get the correct parts, also purchased the spark plug socket and glad I did as the ones that came with me socket set would not work.

it was easy to return parts

Excellent service to make sure the parts ordered were exact fit for my BMW X3. Timely shipping. Wouldn’t order my bmw parts from anywhere else!

Received promptly and as advertised

Perfect! Thanks.

I like the fact that they take extra care to make sure the parts are properly matched to the vehicle and vehicle VIN#. My only suggestion is they improve the strength of the shipping box. Some of the boxes inside were were slightly squished down--but no damage. More packing mater would also be advised.

Great experience!

Excellent service

This will be the only place I buy my bmw parts from now. They were cheaper than FCPeuro and I received my parts in two days!

Excellent. No issues

Good, But you did send me 2 of the main wiper! Do you want the extra one back?

👍

I ordered 2 parts following all the instructions, inputting my vin and using the confirmation step to ensure the parts would work. Both parts were wrong. 🫩
