Purchased Toe hook Cover For my 2026 540i. I asked several times if the cover you sold came painted in glossy black to match my front bumper. I was assured several times by your salesman that it was a high gloss black finish. I paid for expedited shipping what I got was a flat gray plastic finish which I then had to take to a body shop to have painted in gloss black. Exactly what I was trying to avoid in the first place.

It was easy to find the parts and fitment for our vehicle. When the parts arrived they fit as advertised.

Rear shocks were not packaged properly, thrown into a box lose with two pieces of paper, shocks shafts were not secure. Notify customer support, response was we will notify that Dept. So I cancel the front struts order from another competitor
