It was a little difficult to find the correct wiper for my car. I had to log in a few times to get the website to recognize the car. The wipers are great. Pricey but work better than non-OEM brands. Wish there was a coupon.

I entered my VIN and they even emailed to verify it was the correct set of wipers based off my VIN. I reentered my VIN and they sent me what they said would fit and it was the wrong set of wipers. I’m not satisfied.

I purchased the passenger side mirror glass for my 2013 BMW X1. The technician did a fantastic job of directing me to the right part number for my specific car verified with the VIN. The technicians are extremely kind and patient for those of us who are not car nuts. The part was sent to me in a timely fashion, exactly as described and fit on the car beautifully. I couldn't be more happy.

Like having the Vin Check to make sure you get the correct parts, also purchased the spark plug socket and glad I did as the ones that came with me socket set would not work.

I like the fact that they take extra care to make sure the parts are properly matched to the vehicle and vehicle VIN#. My only suggestion is they improve the strength of the shipping box. Some of the boxes inside were were slightly squished down--but no damage. More packing mater would also be advised.
