Great Service. Timely. One small issue for you to send to the Manufacturer of the replacement drivers door switch panel. There was a little too much material to let the rear window switches return to neutral. I was able to remove some material with a razor and it is not visible when seated. Drivers side door chassis seal fits perfect! Seat belt wore the old one down. Thanks and I will be back! John

I called and made an appointment for a oil change for my mini cooper on the 8th of September for the 16th of September. They said they can do it and I was happy I didn't have to drive a hour to the BMW dealer. On the day of appointment after waiting for an hour they tell me they don't have a filter for my car and that they don't have it in stock. I didn't say anything because I was so mad I was afraid of what I might say. I made an appointment at least you could have done is order the part so you could have done the oil change. So I get to drive an hour to the dealer so they can do it. Should have just done that in the first place. I can say that the lady that made my appointment was very nice and the guy in the service department was very nice as well.
