Everything was good, handling, shipping etc, but the wrong parts were sent despite me giving the vin number of the vehicle. Now I have to return and exchange for the correct parts.

Not sure if it was the postal service or OEM BMW. But I ordered windshield wipers either November 24th or the 27th of 2020 I guess the date really doesn’t matter because they arrived today January 7 2021. I used them once before without a problem so I feel 3 stars is sufficient.
