We have had our Villa Odor Free machine since 2018. We run short-term rental properties and use this machine to ozanate the rentals at every clean. This machine does what it is designed to do. Having had this for many years, it did need service. We reached out to the company and Johnathan was able to trouble shoot. We sent it off for repair and it came back looking brand new and working great. They even put in new ozanating plates. The machine’s parts have a 5 year warranty but we have had it 7 years and use often. This machine is worth every penny and a good investment in killing mold, bad odor, smoke and leaves the air smelling swimming pool clean. In summary, as a micro hotelier and Aibnb Ambassador, I highly recommend this machine.

I had been using my unit in a small chest freezer shell (condenser & motor removed) to deodorize musty and smoke damaged books and was very happy with the results. The last time I needed to use it, the fuse holder was off and, as it turned out, broken. No idea how or why. I contacted customer support who didn't hesitate to give me the instructions to send to their repair facility. Less than two weeks later, I had my unit back and fully functional again. The best part is that they actually honored the warranty that the unit is covered with purchase! No making excuses like most companies do to avoid owning up to their promises. Nor did I have to do any groveling or even pleading as I couldn't prove how the unit got broken. They just fixed it. In this day and age, it is no small thing that a company actually has the integrity to stand behind their word. I'm more than impressed and will definitely encourage others to purchase from Odor Free!

A few years ago, I rented one of your ozone generators to remove odors from the HVAC ductwork in our home. After seeing how effective and easy it was to use, I decided to purchase your top-of-the-line Estate 4000 and keep it for future projects. Just recently, a friend needed to borrow the generator to remove various smells from an apartment. I took my machine out of its unopened box and found one corner of the cord/filter holder was broken. I notified OdorFree of the situation and requested information on how to obtain a replacement part. Since it had been over two years from receiving the Estate 4000, I assumed I would need to purchase the replacement part. Jonathan Carrasco of the OdorFree team was extremely pleasant to work with and efficiently created the replacement order. He also informed me that OdorFree would send the plastic component at no charge since the box had not been opened. These days, it is a rarity to find a USA company that not only manufacturers a phenomenal product, but who stands behind it as well. I strongly recommend OdorFree and their ozone generators.
