If you're looking for an ozone generator, choose this company. Their product has saved my bacon numerous times. Once in a cat infested rental house, once in a cigarette smoky vehicle and many other times as well. The unit I have started to exhibit some issues (after 10 years of use), and the service department was VERY fair with me in terms of getting it up and running again. Highly recommend Odor Free.

Found my filters on this website when I couldn't find them anywhere else quick shipping. The original seem to have gotten lost in the mail I notified them and they shipped another set out that day and received in 2 days. I ended up receiving both sets and they wouldn't even let me pay for the second set. Great customer service

This company is the best! They are the only ones on the market with a product that really does what it says it will do when it comes to odors. . The others make the same promises but don't follow through. They work extra hard at duplicating the exact look of OdorFree but fall extremely short on the performance of the actual product. OdorFree not only makes the best machine on the market for eliminating the worst odors imaginable, but they stand behind it 100%. I recently had a problem with my suite 700 and they not only made it right they made it better! They gave me an upgrade because that's just who they are. They make things right. When you call them you speak to them! Not someone from another country that can't speak English but a true American company with American employees!

They have great products and excellent customer service. I like the fact that they answer the phone when you call and have a question. I have an older unit and it still works great thanks to them. This is a good company and I can't recommend them enough.
