Until we get a resolution for boots that don’t fit (despite the accurate use of Oaki’s measuring chart), I’m looking at having to pay shipping costs both ways for a product with an online description that isn’t accurate.

Customer service was great when I ordered the wrong size. My son is loving the dinosaur print and walks through the neighborhood puddles and at the edge of the river and going well.

These were replacement boots from a pair I ordered at the beginning of winter. We LOVE these boots. They keep my son’s feet warm and dry in our freezing MN winters. We had a defect on the first pair and customer service was amazing and quick to send us a replacement.

These are such a high quality product. I love these. They're cute and I know they won't leak like many cheaper types online. The designs are great and they're a softer, yet sturdier rubber. I will definitely buy more of these!

Our four year old LOVES these. He has worn them daily to his outdoor preschool and come home with dry feet despite our PNW fall weather. They must be comfortable too, because they are his footwear of choice for non-school days as well.
