Great sweatshirt. Perfect relaxed fit and quality!

My experience was less than favourable. Item was delayed, this was not communicated. I followed several times, each time the response was not what actually happened. Last follow up was not responded to in anyway. Finally got the item after 2 months and it was not at all the quality I had hoped for. The price of the item was high the quality was not. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Will not shop here again nor will I recommend it.

Love dealing with this company. Their website is easy to navigate. Lots of great sales and choices. Great customer service. Always know where your package is. Items always look like the picture.

Absolutely love my 2 different style jean shirts that I bought from Oak & Pearl Clothing. I have received so many compliments on both of them but especially the high neck one.

Great communication and company , beautiful items

This sweatshirt is poor quality for the price $95. It is very thin. It is more in the $25-30 range . No returns. Lesson learned - avoid some of this Internet clothing sites. Very disappointed .

Staff were great. I was told my dress would come in and be shipped a month earlier than it was, was not provided updates regarding shipping. If you order a “pre order” prepare to wait a few months before your item is shipped. I am sure this is out of the control of the business, but it would be ideal to know this upfront. The dress was $156 with tax and shipping, for the quality and with inflation however I feel it is worth it.

Soft and comfy

It took five weeks for my pkg. to arrive - supposedly shipping from B.C. to Alberta. I sent emails but didn't get a straight answer. It was shipped from the U.S. The garment was advertised as cream - it was a dirty light brown, with threads hanging all over that needed cut. This company is very deceptive - don't believe they're actually Canadian at all!

Not happy as i tried to cancel order as it was made in error no response from company received item cheap quality !!! no refunds never again oak snd pearl !!

Arrived on time & lots of notice

The colours in this blouse are so vibrant and gorgeous. I wore it yesterday for the first time and received so many compliments. It fits true to size. Very happy with this purchase

Would be helpful to delete sold out items so they do not show up in a search.

Poor quality, overpriced, bad customer service

Would be helpful to have a proper sizing guide for items. Shipping times are atrocious. Items are over priced for what they are. Overall it's a meh shopping experience. I wont be back

I bought a sweatshirt with powder blue writing on it from the picture on the site, the shade of blue was very different than what that was sent to me doesn’t look at all like the picture on the website.

Contacted them about a preorder and was very quick to reply! Also received the item quickly!
